Why does the sewing room get so messy when I haven’t even been able to sew very much? Why does the rest of the house get so messy, even though I clean everyday? And why am I so exhausted at the end of every day?

Oh yeah. I remember. I got married and have a man living here with me!!! That explains why the house stays messy even when I clean and why I’m so tired at the end of the day.

It still doesn’t explain why the studio stays so messy.

I guess that is because I don’t spend any time cleaning in there. When I’m in the studio, even for a few minutes at a time, I’m cutting and sewing and pulling fabric out and looking through quilt books and . . . . well, you get the picture.

I think that today will be a good day to try to neaten up the studio a little bit. DH didn’t mention needing me to help him with anything today and I’ve got the rest of the house in fair condition. Yep – today’s plan will be to spend time in the studio. I need to reduce some of the chaos, so that I’ll be able to work more efficiently. HA! 😆

Maybe I’ll be able to finish the additional blocks I need for Celtic Solstice once I get it straightened up.
