DH and I went to the cabin last night. He got the water problems taken care of – the pressure tank needed a new connector thingy. (Can you tell how up-to-date I am with all the technical jargon!?!)
I was able to finish the hand sewing on the binding for Tiny Triangles and the side borders on Bedford Beauty. Next I’ll need to add the top and bottom borders on Bedford Beauty.
I think I’m going to start cutting the strips for DGC#4’s quilt. This will be a Christmas gift and it’s going to be pink and purple. I started pulling fabric yesterday, but still have some more to pull out.
I think I’ll be using about 12 yards of fabric for this quilt, when all is said and done. But that isn’t going to help with the stash very much because Hancock’s of Paducah is having a sale!!
All those fabrics that have been calling to me – they are now going to be 20% off!!! I’m going to try to keep it under control, but there is SO MUCH fabric that I’d love to have!!!
I had to share this from Bonnie Hunter at Quiltville! I really do have this disorder!!!
